What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising cookies on this site beyond what's disclosed in our Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a project goes ahead, to communicate about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we process your contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've initiated) and, where a working relationship begins, on the basis of contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your message or, if a project proceeds, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping (typically up to 6 years, in line with UK tax and accounting requirements).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@neterna.com.

Third parties

The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers submissions to our inbox. Formspree processes that data under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. We don't share your data with any other third party.
