We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a project goes ahead, to communicate about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under UK GDPR, we process your contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've initiated) and, where a working relationship begins, on the basis of contract.
Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your message or, if a project proceeds, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping (typically up to 6 years, in line with UK tax and accounting requirements).
